Masks are still required!

Due to COVID-19, we have made a few changes in our day to day operations. We are taking all of the necessary precautions to keep both client and artist safe during your visit to our studio. Please adhere to all of the CDC guidelines. If you are feeling sick or have been exposed, please reschedule your appointment.  Please do not cancel your appointment if are waiting on test results

Clients will be required to sign a COVID-19 consent upon arrival and have your temperature taken.

Masks are still required! 

Please arrive on time and allow yourself the time needed to use the restroom and wash your hands before entering the suite. You will complete consultation and fill out paper work upon arrival. Late arrivals will be rescheduled! We ask that you kindly give us 24 hours cancellation notice or you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost that will need to be paid before booking another appointment.

APPOINTMENT REQUEST

Calendar opens each month on the 15th at 9am for the upcoming month. Example: July calendar is open for booking June 15th. 

Opening dates are subject to change. Please provide your full name and proper email address in PocketSuite to ensure that you are notified of any changes. Please download the PocketSuite app so that you can use the texting feature. Be sure to adjust your notification settings so you receive alerts. Every online appointment request requires a review for approval . Deposits are only taken from the card once your request is approved for services that require a deposit. You will receive a text/email confirmation and receipt for your deposit.

 

*Every appointment receives reminders via text and email.

It is your responsibility to keep up with all of your appointment dates and times.

Fridays are exclusively for skin care services. Lash services with Ashley are not available on this day.

DEPOSITS

All deposits are non-refundable and will apply to cost of service/training. Remaining balance us due at appointment via cash or card on file. Please do not select an appointment if you are not prepared to pay your deposit.  

TARDINESS

A late fee of $10 will be added if you are more than 10 minutes late and subject to cancellation. Clients are expected to arrive on time to all appointments. Do not wait until your scheduled appointment time to notify us that you are running late. Please do not assume that I know that you are coming to your appointment.

Recurring tardiness will result in additional fees or denial of future services.

 

CANCELLATIONS

24 hour notice is required for cancellations. A $35 fee will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours from appointment time. 

 

RESCHEDULE

Client is allowed 1 reschedule request for appointments and trainings. Client must reschedule for an appointment within 30 days of original date to have deposit applied. If not rescheduled within 30 days, client/student forfeits deposit and will have to submit a new deposit for future services.

 

“NO CALL, NO SHOW”

Eleventh Hour has a ZERO tolerance policy for 'no show" clients and will not allow for future bookings. Please respect our time and business by giving us proper notice via phone, text, or email that you will not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. You will be charged $50 and future appointment request/approvals will be at the technicians discretion.
