Cancellation policies:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required for ALL new clients, full sets, training and semi permanent makeup services. Deposits are required within 2 hours of booking the appointment via invoice. Appointments will be cancelled if deposit is not paid within 2 hours. If you are having issues with accessing the invoice, you are responsible for contacting us immediately for an alternate method of payment request to be sent to you. 

  • For service appointments cancelled less than 24 hours from appointment time or no shows, a $25 fee will applied and you will need to pay before booking next appointment. Eleventh Hour Lash Lounge has a ZERO tolerance policy for no show appointments. Future appointment request will be denied.

  • Ombre Brows: $100 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and the balance is due in cash at your scheduled appointment. We kindly ask that you give 7 day cancellation notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Arrivals: There is a 10min window for late clients. Arriving to your appointment more than 10 min late is subject to cancellation/rescheduling.

  • Deposit transfer: Client /Student may reschedule only 1 time and must reschedule for a date within 30 days of original appointment to have deposit applied. Otherwise, client will be required to pay a new deposit.

  • Training Workshops: deposits are non-refundable and balance is due the day of training in cash. Deposits initiate product purchase for training supply kit of professional products. Payment of deposit ensures that the day has been blocked off for student training. Student must give one week notice for cancellation or rescheduling and will be allowed 1 reschedule date that must be done within 45 days of original training date. Any other rescheduling consideration will be done at the discretion of the Instructor and may require additional funds to replace any products that have expired(i.e. adhesives).
